To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in the required details and verify your email address to complete the registration process.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We accept various online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and local payment options like Fawry and Vodafone Cash. We also have Cash on Delivery option.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders

Each vendor sets their own return and refund policies, which can be found on the seller's profile page.
Returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

- Fill out the Vendor Application Form with your store details.
