The shipping costs for the return package are FREE (excluding sales and promotional periods) if the product is returned within 15 working days following receipt of the order, beyond that, they will be at your expense.

For items purchased on sale or on promotion, you must return the items to us by your own means; no shipping label will be provided.

To return a product, simply log in to your Chic & Modesty account and make a return request in the "My orders" section. If the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order, you can then download the label to stick on the package in the "My returns" section, and also print the return slip to slip inside the package, you will then drop off the package at the "Mondial Relais" relay point closest to you, the refund will be made in the same payment method used for the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition with the tag attached, and must not be worn, washed or perfumed, nor contain any stains or defective details and folded properly right side out.
